1. Raw materials, heavy steel shell furnace area
Put the raw materials such as milling iron, scrap iron and alloy into the barrel with electromagnetic chuck, and then pour it into the medium frequency induction furnace. After energization, the internal induction coil generates a magnetic field, which induces an internal eddy current. After the removal process, and use carbon equivalent measuring instrument and spectrometer to adjust the material, and after reaching the required temperature, then pour it into the ladle for mold operation.

2. Production line
1. Semi-automatic moulding line: batch pouring the molten metal in the casting drum into the sand mould of the semi-automatic moulding line

3. Post-processing area
1. Vibrating conveyor and picking area: place the semi-automatic molding line and the sand mold after the automatic molding line is cooled on the vibrating conveyor, and separate the sand from the casting by vibrating the machine, and then send to Picking area.

2. Sand washing area: The castings in the picking area are sent to the sand washing area, and the remaining sand on the castings is removed by steel ball spray washing.

3. Edging area: Finally, the sand-washed castings are sent to the edging area for final grinding, and the grinding machine is used to remove the burrs. The processed castings will be subjected to quality inspection and quantity inventory to finally ship the finished product.
